I've been crap lately at keeping up with people and things... particularly so with the blogging. Apologies to those who check in on us every now and then -- I shall strive to be better.2011 ended quietly somewhere between holiday parties, family gatherings. Mike bought us a fancy "compact system camera" -- the Panasonic Lumix GF2 to upgrade us from the world of Sony Cybershit (as Willy refers to it) and I got suckered into Apple with my very own iPod Touch, a Christmas gift courtesy of Yvonne, my too-generous boss. Our nephew Alex turned one and started walking on his own (you really start to feel how quickly time flies when there's a baby around) and Kyle & Masa moved away to Slovenia.
And now, before I've had a chance to reconcile another year's passing, we're already more than a month into the new year. I've decided not to set any resolutions this year and just let it bring whatever it may. Let's see how this goes.
